Austin Garland

Program Director

Austin Garland is a dedicated mentor at Ranch House Recovery, where he brings both personal experience and genuine passion to supporting others in their journey toward sobriety. Originally from Houston, Texas, Austin was first introduced to the 12 steps at just 17 years old, giving him a unique depth of understanding and connection to the recovery process.

Austin believes strongly in the “work hard, play hard” mentality that recovery offers, and he thrives in the fellowship and sense of community that comes with it. His approach is rooted in accountability, connection, and showing up consistently for those he works with.

Outside of his role, Austin enjoys spending time by the water, working out, and playing golf. His balance of discipline and enjoyment reflects the lifestyle he encourages—one that is grounded in growth, connection, and making the most out of life in sobriety.
