Ranch House Recovery Founder

Brandon Guinn is the Founder and CEO of Ranch House Recovery, a compassionate, community‑centered recovery program based in Elgin, Texas. His journey into recovery advocacy is deeply personal  as a father affected by his child’s addiction, he was driven to build a supportive environment that goes beyond traditional treatment.

Before founding Ranch House Recovery, Brandon brought diverse leadership experience from multiple fields:
• He owned and operated Red E Construction, managing commercial and residential projects.
• He served as a Special Education Teacher with the Austin Independent School District.
• He was a Fitness Director at Gold’s Gym, where he developed tailored fitness programs for clients of all levels. 
• He is also a franchise owner of Fit Kids America, an after‑school enrichment and fitness program. 

Brandon’s mission at Ranch House Recovery reflects his belief that long‑term healing doesn’t come from short programs or goals alone, but from daily structure, meaningful connection, and purpose‑driven routines. Under his leadership, Ranch House Recovery integrates holistic practices from sustainable farming and animal care to community service and peer support to help men rebuild identity, stability, and hope. 

In 2024, Ranch House Recovery and its therapeutic partnership with Simple Promise Farms were featured in the documentary Recovering America, highlighting Brandon’s innovative approach to addiction recovery as part of the national conversation on healing and resilience. 

Brandon lives his philosophy: recovery is not just about sobriety it’s about restoring belonging, rebuilding relationships, and creating systems of support that last a lifetime.
