Hayden Trow
Mentor
Born in 1990 in Conroe, Texas, Hayden grew up in a supportive, blended family after his parents’ early divorce. Life felt like the American dream until things took a turn around age 11. From that point on, he found himself moving in and out of alternative homes, where he was first introduced to substance use at a young age.
His first treatment experience came at 17, marking the beginning of a long and difficult journey through addiction, multiple treatment centers, and short periods of sobriety. At 23, the birth of his first child brought a new sense of purpose and his longest stretch of sobriety. But the grip of addiction eventually returned, leading to more challenges—two more children, a broken marriage, and multiple stints in jail.
Through it all, Hayden never lost the deep desire to change. That path ultimately led him to Ranch House Recovery, where he found not only lasting sobriety but also a renewed sense of identity and purpose. Now, as a mentor, he uses his story and experience to guide and support others on their journey—helping them discover the same hope and healing that changed his life.
