The Model

Healing, cultivated like a living system.

Regenerative Recovery is a relationship-first, purpose-driven approach that goes beyond traditional treatment. It combines the spiritual foundation of the Twelve Steps with hands-on work in sustainable farming, animal care, and community service.

The thesis

The land doesn't perform. It works on you.

Traditional treatment removes what is unhealthy and sends a man back out. Regenerative Recovery does something different. It rebuilds and enriches, the way you restore depleted soil so it can grow strong and lasting.

A man heals by doing honest work on real land, alongside men who refuse to let him quit. Identity is restored. Trust is rebuilt. A meaningful, connected life is regenerated, one that supports sobriety long after he leaves the ranch.

Leave the ranch and keep turning the wheel · That is the point

i · Roots

Twelve Steps

More than a program. The spiritual and relational framework that supports lasting transformation, addressing the root causes beneath compulsive behavior.

ii · Hands

Sustainable Farming

On the farm, men find accomplishment in caring for living things. Farm life teaches patience, accountability, and consistency.

iii · Heart

Animal Care

Caring for abused, neglected, and abandoned animals. As men help animals heal, the animals help the men heal.

iv · Service

Community Service

Residents attend external meetings and events, staying engaged in the broader recovery community beyond the ranch gates.

v · Spirit

Spiritual Practice

A daily practice of presence, gratitude, and meaning. Not a doctrine, a way of staying grounded when the noise returns.

vi · Walk

Peer Mentorship

Our peer-to-peer mentors draw from lived experience to walk alongside you. Men who share our struggles guide us forward.

The clinical thread

Clinical care runs through every element.

The six elements are the wheel. Clinical therapy and psychiatric care are the thread that runs through it, and keeps running after the stay ends.

Rather than providing traditional in-house clinical services, we connect every client with experienced, independent therapists and psychiatric providers in private practice. Their care is coordinated through Ranch House Recovery, so each man receives highly individualized treatment from specialists while remaining fully integrated into the program.

At most treatment centers, the therapeutic relationship ends when treatment ends. Here it does not. Our clients keep the same therapist and psychiatrist after they discharge, continuing with professionals who already know their history, their struggles, and their progress.

i

Continuity of Care

Instead of starting over with new providers after discharge, clients carry an established therapeutic relationship into the life they are building. We believe this continuity is one of the strongest contributors to long-term recovery.

ii

Provider Quality

Clients are matched, not assigned. Master's-level and doctoral-level clinicians with specialized experience in trauma, grief, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders, chosen to fit each man's specific needs.

iii

Intensity of Care

When clinically appropriate, clients meet with their therapist up to three times each week during treatment. Psychiatric care is equally individualized, with medication decisions based on the man rather than a standardized protocol.

Clinical therapy and psychiatric care are ancillary services, delivered by independent licensed providers in private practice and coordinated through Ranch House Recovery.
